This place is horrible!! I used the online check in option which at at the time was only 30 min. By the time I showed up (15 min after checking in online) the wait was at 1 hour. Waited for the full hour and still was not seen. After waiting 1.5 hours there was only 2 names in the board. The lady called the guy that was last on the list and I had to wait another 30 min!!! So I waited 2 hours and 15 min in the shop for a hair cut. Aside from that the the staff were rude because they were closing at 7 and I didn’t even get into a chair until 6:50.

I walked in about 3pm in a Friday thinking they be busy. Alicia R took me right back and did a great job on my haircut today and also carried a great conversation. Just all around a great visit and I would recommend going to her for a haircut
